But I came across an interesting interview with Smith from Newsweek where he claims his movie isn't for critics. At least he's brave enough to possibly lose most of his fans, and I admire him for it. Make want you want to make Kevin Smith, even if it's not full of fart jokes and potheads. Who says it's selling out to make a sentimental film about growing up?

Ah well. I'm not even sure if I'll see the movie, though I'd like to, because there's a backlog of films I'd like to see at the moment. I still haven't seen The Passion, and I really ought to. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is high high up on my list of films to see. Starsky and Hutch looks to be pretty amusing, not quite Zoolander perhaps, but good enough I'll warrant. So Jersey Girl slides in around 4th place of movies currently (or soon to be) out that I'd like to see.|||108014577072908049|||
